With as much information as possible, our team will be able to get back to you as promptly as possible.

  • Our business hours are generally 9.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, however if your message is received outside of those time we will try our best to respond within your time zone.
  • If you have a current Support Contract and it’s necessary to refer your support request to GB Labs HQ, we will be able to raise a support ticket for you.
